The supreme governing body of the Organisation. Responsible for reviewing and passing policies, performance oversight, resource mobilization, and strategic direction.
Heads of Department/Programme who direct, manage, make decisions, and report all organisational affairs directly to the Board on a regular basis.
Core implementation team responsible for day-to-day programme delivery. They represent and promote KSDO's interests across all levels of operation.

This document sets out the foundational rules, vision, mission, objectives, governance structure, and operating principles of the Kiyingi Social Development Organization. It governs all of KSDO's activities and decisions.

Article I: The Organisation shall be called KIYINGI SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION (KSDO), registered under the Uganda NGO Act (Cap 2007) as an independent, non-profit, non-partisan body headquartered in Butambala District.
Article III – Vision: To enhance the spheres of Health, Education and Agriculture amongst children, youths and adults including the elderly to contribute to a visibly healthy, sustainable and empowered community.
Article IV – Mission: To enhance health care provision and access for all groups; provide education and technical skilling; boost agricultural outputs; and undertake evidence-based research.
1. Conduct primary health care activities in areas of operation.
